Pop Symbiosis is a series of contemporary pop art that explores the symbiotic relationship between characters from different cultural universes that, although seemingly independent, are part of the same corporate ecosystem.

In biology, symbiosis is a close relationship between two different organisms in which one or both benefit. In these works, the “organisms” are characters from film, animation, or comics who, through mergers or acquisitions, now coexist within a shared structure. From that reality, scenes emerge where boundaries disappear and worlds merge into new visual narratives.

The characters appear together as if they had always belonged to the same universe. And that connection also extends to the viewer.

Pop Symbiosis is a transformation of contemporary mythologies: a metaphor for our visual present, a meeting point between the familiar and the unexpected.
