His name is Captain Sparkle Fingers reimagines Shazam’s famous transformation through Sylvester and Tweety. Tweety takes the role of young Billy Batson, while Sylvester appears as the larger-than-life superhero he becomes after speaking the magic word.
Pop Symbiosis takes inspiration from the mergers between major film and entertainment companies. As once-separate fictional universes came together under shared corporate ownership, the series began imagining visual fusions between the characters themselves.
The contrast makes the transformation feel both heroic and unmistakably comic: Tweety’s small, composed presence gives way to Sylvester’s loud energy, broad grin and oversized confidence. Two familiar cartoon identities become the before and after of one unexpected hero.
